James Davis II is our senior Project Manager at Heritage. He joined the company March of 2016 and has marveled at the speed Heritage has taken off. James loves the travel, meeting new people, and putting projects together to fit the customers needs. James has over 35 years of building experience and takes delight in all challenges in the building industry. James has a knack for seeing things that could pose problems down the road and solves them in a timely manner. In his spare time, James and his beautiful wife Renee love cruising the high seas and enjoying their yacht, It’s My Party II. James is the dad to two other project managers at Heritage and has taught them all the ropes of building construction. James and Renee are expecting their first grandbaby in September so you can start calling us Honey and Pops!
